Peace Blossom Yoga is a unique child and youth-centered yoga practice using the Yoga Calm® approach of integrating, physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of kids and youth. Peace Blossom Yoga uses arts and crafts, music, literature, and journal writing to help develop the reflective themes of kindness, compassion, friendship, creating a positive self-image, healthy nutrition, gratitude, and conflict resolution, all with yoga as its foundation.
